1. Agreement to these terms
These terms are between you and Legal AI Center. By using legalaicenter.com you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. What these terms cover
These terms cover this website only: the pages, text, images, and the demo request form.
They do not govern the Legal AI Center platform. Access to the platform is granted under a separate written subscription agreement between us and your firm. Where these terms and that agreement conflict on any subject the agreement addresses, the subscription agreement controls.
3. No legal advice, and no attorney–client relationship
This is important, so it is stated plainly. Legal AI Center is not a law firm. Nothing on this website is legal advice, and nothing on it creates an attorney–client relationship between you and us. Our staff, including any person described on this site as counsel, do not act as your lawyers.
Descriptions of what the platform's AI assistant can do are descriptions of a software feature. The assistant retrieves and summarises material from documents your firm has supplied. Its output is not legal advice and is not a substitute for the professional judgment of a licensed attorney. A lawyer using the platform remains responsible for verifying anything they rely on and for their own professional and ethical obligations.
4. Permitted use
You may view this site, and print or download pages, to evaluate our services for your firm or organisation. That is the extent of the licence we grant.
5. Things you must not do
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system.
- Probe, scan, or test the security of the site except under the responsible disclosure process described on our Security page.
- Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content, or use automated means to submit the demo form.
- Submit anything false, unlawful, malicious, or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Send us privileged, client-confidential, or otherwise sensitive material through the demo form.
- Copy, republish, or exploit our content commercially without our written permission.
- Use the site to build or train a competing product or a machine learning model.
6. Demo requests
Submitting the form is a request, not a contract. We may decline it. When you send it, you confirm you are authorised to make the enquiry for the firm you name, and that the details you give are accurate.
If a demonstration involves material from one of your matters, we will agree in advance and in writing how that material is handled and when it is destroyed. Do not send us case material before that is in place.
7. Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, layout, graphics, and the Legal AI Center name and logo — belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law. These terms grant you no right to use our name or branding.
If you send us feedback or suggestions about our products, we may use them without obligation or payment to you.
8. Third-party links
The site may link to or embed material from other services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
9. Availability
We may change, suspend, or withdraw this website at any time without notice. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Any service commitments for the platform are in your subscription agreement, not here.
10. Disclaimers
This website is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Descriptions of features, timelines, and outcomes on this site are illustrative. The sample questions and answers shown in the assistant demonstration are fictional and are not drawn from any real matter or client.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost business, arising out of your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim connected with this website is limited to one hundred US dollars (US$100).
This section limits liability for the website only. Liability relating to the platform is addressed in your subscription agreement. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the website.
13. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from them will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hernando County, Florida, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
14. General
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remain in force. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding this website.
15. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
16. Contact
